what we include
- tailored configuration — pitch, dimensions, selection tier (Bronze → Diamond) optimized for your exact use case.
- transparent BOM — bill of materials listing brand and model of every component (cabinet, LED chip, power supply, processor).
- FPO calibration — pixel-by-pixel calibration in our laboratory prior to delivery (on Platinum/Diamond selections).
- professional installation — site survey, structural support design, assembly, alignment, and commissioning.
- operational training — your team learns to manage content, adjust brightness, and perform basic diagnostics.
- up to 7 years LED warranty — for Diamond selection. 5 years standard on other selections.
- 72-hour after-sales support — average response time for technical interventions.
how to start
The fastest way is to reach out with your requirements — we will design a proposal and get in touch with you to refine the quote and technical details.
how a sale proceeds
It starts with a free site survey anywhere in Italy: we measure the space, the viewing distances, the ambient light — direct sun on a facade or a south-facing shop window changes the specification more than any other single fact — and the electrical supply. From the survey comes a configuration: surface, pixel pitch, brightness, tier, and a bill of materials that names the brand and model of every component. From the Silver tier upwards the wall is then built in the factory to that bill of materials, with LED chips, power supplies, receiving cards, control system, internal cabling, fasteners and calibration specified by us; Bronze and Essential are series products that pass the same incoming test but are not born from our specification. On arrival every wall is tested in the laboratory in Arzano before it is installed, and calibrated pixel by pixel on the tiers that include it.
what the bill of materials tells you
Five things, and they are the five questions we suggest you ask any supplier, ours included: which LED package is mounted; which bonding wire it uses (gold wire on the upper tiers, copper or aluminium below); at what percentage of its maximum current the chip is driven — a chip working at its absolute limit has no margin left, and its catalogue brightness is a ceiling, not a working point; which driver IC switches it; and what the power supply's efficiency and power factor are. The answers decide brightness, colour stability and how many years the wall will run, and they are why two walls with the same pitch and the same nits on paper can differ by a factor of two in price. We give the answers without condition: if you take them to another supplier and get a better answer, you have still bought well.
after installation
Commissioning ends with training for your team — content, brightness, basic diagnostics — and, on the tiers that include it, with the wall connected to our remote monitoring, which reads the screen's telemetry and raises an alert before a fault becomes visible from the street. Repairs are done at component level in our own laboratory, down to the single LED, rather than by swapping modules; because we specify the components we can keep original spare parts available for years after the sale. A wall that fails after the warranty is still ours to look after: the laboratory does not need to have sold it to measure or repair it.
buying, leasing, or renting
A permanent installation can also be financed as an operating lease: a leasing company buys the wall, you use it for a fixed monthly fee that is deductible as an operating cost, with no capital paid up front and a purchase option at the end of the term. For a temporary need — a fair, a launch, a season — the same hardware is available as a rental with our team. We say which of the three fits before quoting, because a wall bought for a three-week campaign and a wall leased for a five-year shop window are different decisions, and a good supplier says so first.
